In the constant endeavor to make Dubai even more attractive for foreign investors, the government of Dubai has set another important example in cooperation with the Dubai Land Department. The minimum investment for a renewable, 3-year investorvisa, has been reduced from AED 1,000,000 to AED 750,000 (approx. £ 150,000). In addition, the property can now also be mortgaged, provided that the equity portion reaches the threshold.
The only additional condition remains the private health insurance. An existing one is sufficient for this, provided it has international coverage.
Family members such as spouses, parents or children can be sponsored.
